When submitting files for copying, please ensure that all pages are the same size and orientation (e.g., 8.5″ x 11″ and in portrait format). If the submitted files do not meet these requirements, additional handling fees may apply, and processing times may be extended to accommodate the necessary adjustments. In the event that the files cannot be processed due to size or orientation discrepancies, 90% of the charge will be refunded, and the copy job will not be processed.
